We may use session cookies (expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (remain until you delete them). You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; some features may not function without cookies.

How We Use and Share Information

How we use Personal Information

We use Personal Information to: • Provide and maintain the Site and Service, including account creation, authentication, and customer support. • Operate features you choose, such as storing your configurations, running queries/extractions, and delivering results to you or your designated destinations. • Communicate with you, including security alerts, transactional messages, and—where permitted—product updates and marketing (you can opt out of marketing at any time). • Analyze and improve the Service (for example, to troubleshoot, prevent fraud/abuse, and develop new features). • Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

How we use Non-Personal Information

We may use, aggregate, or anonymize Non-Personal Information to understand usage patterns, improve performance, and develop new services. We may share aggregated insights that do not identify individuals.

How we share information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information as follows: • Service providers / subprocessors such as vendors who host infrastructure, process payments, send emails, provide analytics, security, or customer support. They may access Personal Information only to perform services on our behalf and under appropriate contractual safeguards. • Integrations you enable. If you connect a third-party integration or webhook, we will share data as needed to provide that integration according to your configuration. • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction. • Legal and safety. Where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of our users, the public, or the Service.
